Walking with Dinosaurs: The Arena Spectacular
After years of planning, the award-winning BBC TV series "Walking with Dinosaurs" springs to life in a stunning theatrical event at the Spokane Arena April 7-11. "Little House on the Prairie - the Musical"

LLCT Improv Theatre Group
Liberty Lake Community Theatre is organizing an improvisation performance troupe. The group will meet Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon starting April 10. All are welcome and participation is free. Local runs benefit Second Harvest, The Arc
The seventh annual Bulldog Jog, a 5K run to benefit Second Harvest of the Inland Northwest, will take place on Saturday, April 24, beginning at 10 a.m. Participants can begin registering at 8:30 a.m. at the Crosby Student Center on the campus of Gonzaga University. Registration before April 24 is $12 and $15 on race day. Checks for the race can be mailed to Bulldog Jog, GU MSC# 2470, 502 E. Boone Ave., Spokane, WA. 99258. Second Harvest provides food for a variety of social service agencies throughout the region including Spokane Valley Partners Food Bank. On Saturday, April 17, The Arc of Spokane and the Washington Parks Department will sponsor a Community Fun Run at the CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N. Discovery Place in Spokane Valley. Proceeds from the 3-mile run/walk will benefit The Arc of Spokane, a nonprofit social service agency that advocates for individuals with developmental disabilities. Registration is $14 per participant and includes a T-shirt. For more information, call 509-279-9242.
